• Upon successful registration and payment of the term fee, you will gain access to the Karate Omokoroa online platform, including the Student Handbook and training materials relevant to your belt level.
• Access is granted for the duration of the paid term. Continued access requires re-subscription and payment for each subsequent term. Terms align with the standard New Zealand school term calendar.

2. Intellectual Property:

• All content within the Karate Omokoroa online platform, including but not limited to the Student Handbook, training videos, instructional materials, and website design, is the exclusive property of Karate Omokoroa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for your personal karate training at Karate Omokoroa.   
• You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Reproducing, distributing, or sharing any content from the Karate Omokoroa platform with any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  • Uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any content from the Karate Omokoroa platform to any website, online forum, social media platform, or other public domain.
  • Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from any content on the Karate Omokoroa platform.
  • Using the content for any purpose other than your personal karate training at Karate Omokoroa.

3. Payment:

• Fees are payable per school term. You will receive notification of upcoming term fees and due dates.
• Access to the online platform will be granted upon receipt of payment.
• Failure to pay the term fee by the due date may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the online platform.

4. Code of Conduct:

• You agree to abide by the principles of respect, discipline, and integrity in all your interactions with Karate Omokoroa, both online and offline.
• You agree not to engage in any behavior that is disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to other students, instructors, or the Karate Omokoroa community.

5. Disclaimer:

• Karate training involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the training exercises.
• Karate Omokoroa and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during your training, whether online or in person.

6. Termination:

• Karate Omokoroa reserves the right to terminate your access to the online platform at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.  

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Karate Omokoroa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. 

By registering and accessing the Karate Omokoroa online platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not register or access the platform.
